All about dancing for the night!

This term, I had dance class as my PE. I must admit, I myself am not a dancer but I would really like to learn given a chance. So I grabbed this opportunity and gave it a go.

Unlike everyone else, dance class is a new thing for a student like me coming from a conservative high school. My other classmates had dance as their PE way back then. They even had prom, dance parties and graduation balls for their high school senior year.

Just this March 24, the College of Business, together with the College of Science, held an event called Culminating Night. The event was held at the Enrique Razon Building. The purpose of this event was to showcase the different types of dances the PE students practiced throughout the term. The whole program was composed of students dancing their respective dances. There was samba, tango, Hawaiian dance, folk dance and a lot more. In the end, the whole event was a success! It was fun and worth all the practice and time. I wish we can do it all over again.

We're the five best friends (and dancers) anyone can have! (From upper left to right: Caroline, Jho, Monica, moi and Erika)
